These searches could be performed on your Mother who was arrested for that unpaid traffic ticket, or your cousin who got arrested for a joint of marijuana. Passed under the pretense of keeping our jails safe the Supreme Court believes that inmates are entitled to virtually no privacy rights while incarcerated.

With a ruling on Obama Care right around the corner Supreme Court Justice Kagan should do the right thing and recuse herself immediately, as solicitor general Kagan was appointed to represent the legal defense aspect of Obama care legislation.
As solicitor general of the United States, Kagan heads up an office that formulated the Obama administration’s legal defense of the legislation. Under section 455(b)(3) of Title 28 she is required to recuse herself from cases where a justice has “served in governmental employment and in such capacity participated as counsel, adviser, or material witness concerning the proceeding or expressed an opinion concerning the merits of the particular case or controversy.” Therefore Kagan’s moral compass can’t be trusted on issues dealing with Obamacare and she should excuse herself from this landmark case.
